The Faber TL-MNG Tone-Lock Kit was developed to significantly improve vibration transfer between the stop tailpiece and guitar body. By simply replacing the tailpiece screw bolts, the tailpiece is firmly connected to the body, noticeably enhancing sustain, response, and sound quality—without changing the guitar’s classic appearance.

Unlike many other solutions, the entire tailpiece system does not need to be replaced. The patented Faber® Tone-Lock System uses the existing threaded inserts and ensures a much more efficient transfer of string vibrations to the body through a firm connection.

Another advantage is the significantly easier string change: the tailpiece remains securely in place when all strings are removed and does not shift. For optimal tailpiece height, three pairs of spacers in different heights are included.

The glossy nickel surface provides a classic look and perfectly matches instruments with nickel hardware.
