You have the option to contact us via the messaging service WhatsApp of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. For this, we use the so-called "Business version" of WhatsApp.
If you contact us via WhatsApp regarding a specific transaction (for example, an order placed), we store and use the mobile number you use on WhatsApp as well as, if provided, your first and last name in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR to process and respond to your request. On the same legal basis, we may ask you via WhatsApp to provide additional data (order number, customer number, address, or email address) to assign your inquiry to a specific case.

For operating our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device whose address book contains only the WhatsApp contact details of users who have also contacted us via WhatsApp.
This ensures that every person whose WhatsApp contact details are stored in our address book has already consented to the transmission of their WhatsApp phone number from the address books of their chat contacts in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR by accepting the WhatsApp terms of use upon first use of the app on their device. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that protects the data of our site visitors and prohibits disclosure to third parties.

5.2 When contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is processed solely for the purpose of handling and responding to your request and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

If your contact is aimed at a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Device information (e.g., time of access, IP address, browser type, and operating system) is also collected and evaluated but is not merged with other data sets.
You can revoke your consent to newsletter tracking at any time with effect for the future.

The only mandatory information for sending this reminder is your email address. Providing additional data is voluntary and may be used to address you personally. To process your order, we also cooperate with the following service provider(s) who assist us wholly or partially in fulfilling concluded contracts. Certain personal data will be transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information.
7.2 Transfer of personal data to shipping service providers
- DHL
As a transport service provider, we use the following provider: DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, Germany
We share your email address and/or phone number with the provider before delivery for the purpose of coordinating a delivery date or delivery notification, provided you have given your explicit consent during the ordering process in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Otherwise, for the purpose of delivery in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, we only share the recipient’s name and delivery address with the provider. The data transfer only takes place to the extent necessary for the delivery of goods. In this case, prior coordination of the delivery date with the provider or delivery notification is not possible.
Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future by contacting the responsible party named above or the provider.
7.3 Use of payment service providers
- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method Apple Pay from Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment is processed via the Apple Pay function of your device running iOS, watchOS, or macOS by charging a payment card stored in Apple Pay. Apple Pay uses security features integrated into your device’s hardware and software to protect your transactions. To authorize a payment, you must enter a code you previously set and verify it using the Face ID or Touch ID function of your device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the order process, along with information about your order, is transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before transmitting it to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to complete the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website where the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment is made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm the payment success.
If personal data is processed during the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Apple stores anonymized transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was successfully completed. Anonymization completely excludes any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymized data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services.
If you use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made via Safari on your Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple’s servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you personally. You can disable the option to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow Payments on Mac."
Further information on data protection with Apple Pay can be found at the following internet address: https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT203027
- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method "Google Pay" from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), the payment is processed via the "Google Pay" application on your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and equipped with NFC functionality by charging a payment card stored in Google Pay or a verified payment system there (e.g., PayPal). To authorize a payment over €25 via Google Pay, you must first unlock your mobile device using the configured verification method (such as facial recognition, password, fingerprint, or pattern).
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, along with information about your order, is passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a one-time transaction number to the originating website, which verifies the completed payment. This transaction number contains no information about the actual payment data of your payment methods stored in Google Pay but is created and transmitted as a uniquely valid numeric token. In all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts solely as an intermediary to process the payment. The transaction is conducted exclusively between the user and the originating website by charging the payment method stored in Google Pay.
If personal data is processed during the described transmissions, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Google reserves the right to collect, store, and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for every transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time, and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description of the purchased goods or services provided by the merchant, photos you attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction, and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on the legitimate interest in proper accounting, verification of transaction data, and optimization and maintenance of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to combine the processed transaction data with additional information collected and stored when using other Google services.

Data is also transmitted to: Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada
Using cookies and/or comparable technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, algorithms for reading device and browser information), the service collects and stores pseudonymized visitor data, including information about the device used such as the IP address and browser information, to analyze usage behavior on our website for statistical purposes and to create pseudonymized usage profiles. Among other things, this allows the evaluation of movement patterns (so-called heatmaps), which show the duration of page visits as well as interactions with page content (e.g., text entries, scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs). Pseudonymization generally excludes direct personal identification. No merging with personal data collected by other means takes place.
All processing described above, especially reading or storing information on the device used, is only carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by disabling this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that protects the data of our site visitors and prohibits disclosure to third parties.
When data is transmitted to Canada, an adequate level of data protection is ensured by an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
9) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
9.1 Meta Pixel with enhanced data matching
Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service in enhanced data matching mode from the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")
When a user clicks on an ad we place on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter using "Meta Pixel." This URL parameter is then stored in the user's browser via a cookie set by our linked page after redirection. Additionally, this cookie collects specific customer data such as the email address, which we collect on our website linked to the Facebook or Instagram ad during actions like purchases, account registrations, or sign-ups (enhanced data matching). The cookie is then read and enables the transmission of data, including specific customer data, to Meta.
We use "Meta Pixel" with enhanced data matching to make our advertisements (so-called "ads") on Facebook and/or Instagram more effective and to ensure they match users' interests or have certain characteristics (e.g., interests in specific topics or products determined by the websites visited), which we transmit to Meta (so-called "Custom Audiences").
Furthermore, we analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements by tracking whether users are redirected to our website after clicking an ad (conversion). Compared to the standard version of "Meta Pixel," the enhanced data matching feature helps us better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by capturing more attributed conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Meta, allowing it to be linked to the respective user profile, and Meta uses the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta's data use policies (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/) can be used. The data may enable Meta and its partners to display ads on and off Facebook.
All processing described above, especially the setting of cookies to read information on the device used, is only carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by disabling this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider that ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.
The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to a Meta server and stored there; in this context, it may also be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
9.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland
For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you visit. Further data processing only takes place if you have agreed to Google linking your internet and app browsing history with your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads you view on the web. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this, your personal data is temporarily linked with Google Analytics data by Google to form audiences. In the context of using Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transferred to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
All processing described above, especially the setting of cookies to read information on the device used, is only carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, the use of retargeting technology during your visit to the site will not take place.
You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, please deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European data protection level based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

9.3 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, within Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use the Google Ads service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertising media (so-called Google AdWords). We can determine the success of individual advertising measures in relation to the data from the advertising campaigns. Our goal is to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you, and to achieve a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google Ads. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with conversion tracking. However, they do not receive any information that would allow personal identification of users. In the context of using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.
Details about the processing triggered by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by disabling this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
