1. a) Payment information:

At Pat's Guitars, we offer you various payment options to make your purchase as convenient as possible. Please choose from the following options:

For payment, we offer you the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments: 
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro
- Bancontact 
- SOFORT

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.patsguitars.de).

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from the shipment of the goods/tickets or, for other services, from the provision of the service. The invoice terms for invoice purchases for deliveries to Germany can be found at

Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Sofort: Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.

Direct debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the date by email. (Please only list payment methods here that you also offer.)

The use of payment methods such as invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit verification as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Our deliveries are made worldwide through our shipping partner DHL.

 

Please note that all deliveries are made exclusively by DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method and delivery area. We are happy to provide further information about shipping.

Shipping costs: Shipping is free for persons residing in Germany and the EU. Please refer to the exact costs of the selected shipping option during the ordering process.

Customs notice: When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g., customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order. These are not paid through us or invoiced by us but must be paid directly by you to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please inquire about details with the respective authorities.

Delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on the selected delivery area and, if applicable, the chosen payment method.

For standard shipping with DHL within Germany, the delivery time is usually 1-2 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary in some cases.

Within Europe, the average delivery time is three to six business days. In rare cases, longer delivery times may occur here as well.

For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country. Further information is available upon request. We recommend allowing extra time for international orders to account for possible customs clearance or other country-specific processes.
