The Faber ST-MNA-B Stud & Thumbwheel Kit is a high-quality upgrade for guitars with ABR-1 style bridges and 4 mm metric threads. The set consists of a pair of studs and matching thumbwheels made of high-quality German Bell Brass.
Bell brass is valued by many guitarists for its excellent resonance properties and can contribute to improved vibration transfer, more sustain, and a livelier sound. Using bell brass can further optimize the instrument’s response and resonance.
The aged nickel plating also provides an authentic vintage look and fits perfectly with aged or historically inspired instruments.
The ST-MNA-B kit is ideal as a replacement for worn original parts or as a tonal upgrade for many import guitars with metric ABR-1 bridge systems.
For particularly easy installation and further optimization of resonance and sustain, Faber recommends combining with the Faber iNsert systems.
