The Faber ABRN-BG bridge was developed as a high-quality ABR-1 replacement for Gibson® guitars with Nashville bridges and Heritage® guitars with Schaller bridges. It can be installed as a direct replacement without modifications on compatible models and offers an especially authentic vintage construction.

The classic ABR design completely omits the problematic retainer wire. Instead, precisely crafted flat saddles ensure a play-free fit and optimal mechanical contact within the bridge frame. The result is improved vibration transfer, more sustain, and a more direct response.

This version features natural brass saddles that deliver a warm, balanced tone with strong mids and long sustain. The removable saddles have centrally placed starter notches. Worn saddles can be replaced individually or simply flipped for a wider intonation range.

The glossy nickel surface of the bridge body provides a classic look and perfectly matches instruments with nickel hardware.

Note:

From the 2012 model year, Gibson® uses larger bridge posts (5 mm upper thread diameter) on many Nashville bridges. On these models, the ABRN Bridge does not fit as a direct replacement on the standard studs. In this case, suitable Faber replacement bridge posts are required.
